Reporter Katie here! I just got back from an amazing night on the red carpet with One Direction at the premiere of their movie in New York City!
There were tons of fans on hand and the guys were more than happy to snap selfies with them! They probably took about 100 each as they walked along that carpet! Talk about dedication to their fans. That qualifies them for double duty as stars and photogs for the night.
Before the guys arrived, their parents – we spotted Louis and Liam’s moms, Johannah Poulston and Karen Payne – walked along first. Their makeup artist Lou was also there and happy to snap pics with fans. Sadly there was no sign of Lux though! Their moms were so proud of the boys and you could tell they were so excited to be in NYC!
After the fams strutted their stuff, the boys made their way down the carpet. They all looked amazing in their casual looks – Liam’s blue trench was especially stylish. And of course Harry’s hair looked perfect as always!
The guys split up on the red carpet to talk to press and we were lucky enough to get to chat with Louis! We asked him if he could remember the first time he ever recorded a song – and the answer may surprise you!
All in all, we had an amazing time on the red carpet and loved catching up with Louis – who looked every bit as handsome as always in his white tee and skinny jeans! Swoon!
